We are looking for a friendly and ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Sydney. You will work with our customers to understand their needs, build solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
What you will do:
- You will eagerly convert leads into customers
- You will be a passionate Sales Guru & Brand Ambassador for our product
- You will enthusiastically collaborate across the Sales and Customer Success teams to help deliver excellent customer service
- You will conduct outbound calls and actions with regards to existing subscriptions and annual billings
- You will hold engaging product demonstrations to customers over the phone and via web link that communicates how our booking platform delivers customer value
- You will consistently keep track of your own sales targets and strive to achieve your own personal targets and relevant metrics each month
- You will review and report on Sales data for Rezdy
- You will accurately maintain the CRM database and monitor overall accuracy and CRM use within team
- You will initiate your own learning to keep up to date of new product features and developments
- You will provide insightful feedback for closed loop marketing and product development
